List: Was that the dinner gong?

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

The Penthouse restaurant: In the pedestrian walkway beside the river: Great modern cuisine in tasteful modern surroundings
Garavogue: Opposite the Penthouse: Good lunch time venue with a lively pub
Coach Lane: Lord Edward Street down from the Southern Hotel. Beautiful, intimate restaurant above Donaghy's Bar. Andy, the owner and chef is great fun and well worth chatting to. Very extensive menu, but getting towards the dearer end of the spectrum.
The Embassy Rooms: Weird and wonderful in an unintentional 70’s time warp kind of way. Food is basic but superb. It’s the sort of place you would dine very happily but would tell anyone you ate there!
