The Hore Abbey is at the base of the Rock of Cashel. You have to walk through a cow pasture to get to the ruins while being 'eyed' by a few bulls and many cows. The abbbey is impresive when you take the time to look at the detail of the rock carving and the construction. There is a small graveyard there and great views of the Rock from the abbey.
