This is, without a doubt, one of the best meals we've eaten in Ireland. We were given a recommendation by an aunt, and she proved to be very much on the money. The restaurant is located, as you might imagine, in a former tannery, and the owners have done a wonderful job with the decor: it's a bright, elegant space, with some unusual modern Irish art on the wall. The small bar area is cosy, and perfect for a pre-dinner drink.The service here is top-notch - worth remarking on since service can by hit or miss in Ireland. The staff were happy to answer our questions and to allow us to order items from the a la carte while still charging us for the fixed price menu.
