City Square is the huge (in Waterford terms) indoor shopping mall situated right in the heart of Waterford City, about two minutes walk up most of the side streets leading off the Quay between the Clock Tower and the GPO (General Post Office).
The Mall houses two main anchor tenants - the Dunnes Stores supermarket and department store and the Roches Stores department store. Both of these stores stock a great selection of clothing and shoes for adults and children, and all sorts of household goods. Dunnes supermarket is very well stocked and has an excellent off licence.
In addition to these stores, there are shops of almost any type that you might wish for - jewellers, several boutiques, a toy shop, bookstore, travel agents, record store, video games shop, pharmacy and perfumery - the list goes on. There is one large cafe and several smaller eateries to include a fast food outlet, a juice bar, and a sandwich bar so you won't go hungry and needn't step outside if it's too wet or too cold.
There is ample underground parking so you can comfortably park your purchases in your car and go back to shopping again!

City Square is the main Shopping centre in downtown Waterford, you can't miss it. Mainly clothes stores.
Barrowstrand st is the other important shopping precinct in Waterford. Turn up at the clock tower on the quays to get there.
It's got everythinggggg for the music lover - all genres - not the standard top 10 you find everywhere - traditional instruments - Massive selection of Irish traditional Music and a database of information on local music sessions make it your stopppppp

What to pay:
Well I went crazy but youll get something really special for 20eur - there are cheap boxsets for 20eur and plenty to choose from from about 7eur upwards
