 1 Review  Check out the 'Tholsel', (toll stall) on the corner of Quay Street and South Street. This building can be shown beyond the palmtrees in this photo. I was surprised to find palm trees growing here at shore of the river Barrow at New Ross, but they do! I'm still amazed.
