In County Kildare, visit the National Stud Farm and St. Fiacre's Garden. the Japanese Gardens are also at the same location in Tully. It's an easy day trip from Dublin with lots of beautiful sites to see.
St. Fiacre (or Fiachra) is the patron saint of gardening and gardeners. This 6th century Irish monk is remembered in this tranquil woodlands garden. Replicas of beehive huts were recreated.
