    • From TIBURTINA STATION, you can board the train to pescara or take the bus. Drop at Tiburtina Metro station, Right is train and Left is bus. Bus is only 15 EURO per trip and it is faster than train because train can't travel at high speed in the tunnel through the mountains. Taking the bus or train is still cheaper than car or taxi...and you can sleep on the bus. The bus ride is about 3hrs...

    I was and still am amazed by the beautiful stained glass in Italy. I went to Atri and visited a factory of this famous stained glass artist, Federico Tamburri. The process from planning to designing and making was done here. Worth a visit.

  • Directions: Go to Atri Village and drive to via colle maralto----the house next to the sign is the place---u can see lots of stained glass and artworks and a black flurry dog.

    Lie flat on the beach without a tan. You can rent the umbrellas and enjoy the cool summer breeze :) They are planting palm trees for the tropical feel.

    As you can see in the first picture (taken from plane), there are plenty of beach chairs along the Pescara coast They also have many restaurants there and nightclubs.
