Large black hornets/Calabrone
Beware of these large black flying hornets.If they sting you it can be quite dangerous.They normally create their nests like wasps in any suitable habitat, houses , cracks in pavements etc.My husband was stung and was hospitalised and put on a drip.Boils appeared on his body within 15 minutes and were very itchy.There were so many the boils that they all started to join together and made him feel sick. A friend took us straight to the hospital as more vunerable people can die from the sting.Keep away from them if you hear the buzzing. The local fire service will come out and exterminate them for you.
