Secondly, the residence garden itself. Many names have been called of this strange place.
Bosco Sacro, a Sacred Grove or Bosco dei Monstri, the Monsters' grove but today it is known as The Monsters Park.
It was an un-finished Renaissance garden & was neglected for almost 300 years.
When it was rediscovered early 20th century, it was overgrown with trees, everything was half collapsed; It was then called The Sleeping Garden of Bomarzo.

While at the same time, enjoying the scenery around Bomarzo. Amazing !
My trip had been a successful one ! I am pround saying that. No tourists like me around, just family-type visitors who came here to enjoy the beautiful sceneries & the Parco dei Mostri.
