The nearest airport to Catanzaro is S.Eufemia (Lamezia Terme).
it's far just 30 Km from the centre of the city, about 20 minutes by car, 40 by train.
it's an international airport with many flies from an to America, Australia and Europe.

Funicular to the City

If you are staying in the town it is more convenient to take the funicular to the shopping district than it is to try to drive and find parking. The station at the top is located right in the middle of all the stores so you don't have far to walk once you arrive.
