This restaurant is located really by the sea and right on the shore, among pine trees.
It produces a fantastic pizza, very tasty and with different taste choices, among which, best for dessert, Nutella pizza.
You can choice among normal round pizza or pizza al metro (metre pizza), ordered with several tastes served on a long wood tray from which everybody can pick up its own favourite.
But it works also as a normal restaurant, with great typical local antipasti and food.

Favorite Dish: Pizza al metro with salami or eggplants.
    Nutella pizza!

There`s a lot to do. Summers are pretty funny and active, due to the patrons and saint celebrations from July to September. So you can choose to spend the night in the town square and walk to and fro with your friends and occasionally assist to a festival, or just go and spend a crazy night at the several disco-pubs by the beach, La Quiete for example. Nowdays young people choose to go in the modern discos in Reggio Calabria, less than 1 hour by car.

The train links Palmi to Gioia Tauro and Villa S. Giovanni (where you get main trains all over Italy) although some of this train do stop in Palmi too. You can easily reach also the other villages in Calabria, train frequency is usually every 30 minutes, 1 hour, depending on the location.
Buses (Lirosi busline)do link too Palmi with the other local towns. There is also a stop for national lines, so that you can reach Rome or Milan. (bus stop at Palmi piazzale Trodio)
Easy is to travel by car too, enjoing the countryside and the Calabria shores.

Anything sold at the daily market is basically genuine and fresh. The fish mainly as well as fruit and vegetables, considered the many farms spread around the countryside and the shores a few km from the town.

What to pay: Prices are very competitive and usually the half of what you can spend in northern Italy, although with the income of the Euro nothing is cheap as before

Luggage and bags: Very light luggage, i suppose you may want to visit in summer, so just t-shirts, shorts and change for night events.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Healing creams for mosquitos or bugs (in case of picnics on the hills). Sun cream, summer is very hot.
