Wonderful markets
Here are some markets that shouldnt be missed when in calabria, cosenza.In the town of Scalea, Monday markets abound with cheap but pretty clothes , bikinis and trinkets.In the town of Diamante, night markets that open from evening till 1am or even later are full of gorgeous and well-made trinkets, paintings, artefacts etc. I bought plenty of things at 5 euros or less.In praia a mare, there arent really night markets, but the city centre (very small but sufficiently long walkway for the italianmust-have-their daily passegiata) comes alive with little shops selling all sorts of stuff, expensive clothes for rich tourists (very few), cheap household knickknacks, toys, trinkets, sweets etc etc.
