If the Ciampino Airport should burn, the fire could not be destroyed effectively. The water hose and the other parts of the equipment are not connected and are well wrapped in a plastic cover. So an immediate use of those things will be impossible. You may compare that with better examples like Paris Airport CDG or Köln-Bonn Airport.
