Dolceacqua little roads are full of painters' galleries, where you can buy nice paintings or prints of the town or even something completely different.

There are two walks behind the castle. One 15 minutes long, the other 50 (or so says the sign. I think it was longer!)
Definitely go for the long walk, if you can: it's worth it. There are lovely flowers to see, and at the top of the little hill there is a little Church. Lots of flowers to photograph on the way!

Helpfulness
There is a vast choice of food in this restaurant. You can have pizza, pasta or meat, and the salads are varied and nice.
My friends also really liked the house's white wine, called Frizzantino.

The castle looks lovely, perched on the hill... I don't think you can get in because it's being restored, but it still looks great.
