Cesena Castle

Take a stroll to Cesena's Castle high upon a hill overlooking the town. In the Summer months it is possible to watch a movie on a giant screen in the Castle courtyard.

The views of the Emilia Romagna from the top of the Hill are very special.

Tucked amongst the back streets of Cesena is a funky little bar known as 'bar lego'. Innovative and exciting in design with friendly staff this is a must for all visitors.

Favorite Dish: I stopped by for an afternoon snack and I was served the most fantastic array of 'antipasta'. All ingredients are freshly prepared in the day.

Favorite thing: Masini Fountain is found in 'The Piazza del Popolo' , (After the artist Francesco Masini). The statue, recently restored, was made with Istria stone and it was already used as fountain in as back as 1591. The fountain is raised with three steps from the ground: in the middle of the basin a hydraulic machine stands out with its jets, decorated from all sides with symbols and human shapes in relief.
