Absolutely attractive restaurant. Not only on the outside where you can enjoy your meal, but also inside. A bit of a medieval feel, loads of fun objects to see, dark wood, quite large and an open kitchen that is in the same style as the restaurant. So you realise, very popular with the tourists. Service was adequate (with that I'm actually saying that it barely sufficed, in a nice way). Simply because it wasn't too friendly once all 12 of us were seated. But I'll write a separate tip about that because in general the Romans gave me a certain impression that is worth mentioning.
I had no reservations in stealing the menu, because it looked nice. Xcept I already uploaded 5 photos so no room for the menu :-)
Favorite Dish:
The ovoline di bufala (€ 8) was more than excellent. It's a buffalo cheese (also known as mozzarella), fresh, moist inside but chewable, very very refreshing. After that I enjoyed a spaghetti vongole (€ 13) and tiramisu (€4,50).
From the menu:
Pasta's between €10 - €13
Meat dishes between €12- €17
Side dishes (roast potatoes, green salad, roasted vegetables, etc.) between €4 - €6
Desserts between €4 - €6
House wine: € 8,50 per litre
Coffee espresso: € 2,50
Large beer € 6,50
Bread per portion € 1
