There is a self service buffet (or a pizza instead) where you can help yourself(once only!!) and then sit at one of the many tables available inside or outside. The waiter will serve you a drink and bread basket (included in the price). For 50 p. extra you can also get an expresso coffee at the end of the meal. Wine is extra and you have a little selection served by the glass.

Upstairs they have a proper restaurant for those who have more time and money available.

Gusto: A Bit of Everything - Don't miss it!

A "bit of everything" is the only way to describe this very modern winebar, bistro, cheese tastery, restaurant and take-away.
Stop for a wine or two at the bar accompanied by olives or a slice of pizza. Sit down to a full meal. Grab a bottle of wine & a cheese platter from the cheese room and take it back to your hotel room for supper. Gusto has it covered in its extensive multi-functional indoor/outdoor eating/drinking space.
    Don't neglect the house wine.

Favorite Dish: My wife and I visited as part of a wine bar crawl. I think it was the third stopping spot of the evening so we sat at the bar adjacent to a food servery & enjoyed both the wine , the tapas style snacks and the entertainment of watching the staff perform in a busy food service area.
A most enjoyable experience. Will be back next visit to Rome.

My friend took me to Gusto, on a Thursday night, when a live performance was also scheduled. An italian cheese plate, a bottle of Chianti and some Italian bread... I could have died right there, right then. It was fantastic. The food, the ambiance, the music...
Gusto is not the cheapest place and it can be quite crowded so reservations are also advised, but the place is just amazing.

Favorite Dish: Give me cheese and wine and I am great!
