Genova has a number of Farinata shops that have recently been more or less resurrected and are again valued for their ancient and traditional fair. This one featured tasty farinata and friendly folks slaving away over the hot ovens

Farinata is a kind of griddle cake made from Chick Pea (Garbanzo bean) flour batter. It's made in enormous trays or rounds and is eaten warm with a little salt, pepper, and mmm mmm mmm.

Antica Sciamadda.
This is not a 'normal' restaurant, we can say that's a little place to stay for a fast meal.
You can buy typical Genova's food like Farinata and Salt Cakes :)
