This pizzeria is not deep in the Old Town, but it's easily reachable with the funicular of Sant'Anna, and I really suggest it!
The pizza is really good, as well as the "focaccia al formaggio" and the "farinata".
The atmosphere is very friendly, at the fist floor of an apartment. They serve good beers and very good desserts.
The bill is probably one of the cheapest among Genova's pizzerie.

La Sosta degli artisti is a very nice place to go out for dinner in the very heart of the historic centre of Genova. It's just in front of the San Donato church, and really a couple of minutes on foot from San Lorenzo, the Palazzo Ducale and Piazza de Ferrari.
The inside is also very nice, in a typical old house of the Old Town.
Prices are ok, and pizzas and focaccia are very good, as well as the desserts!

'La sosta degli Artisti-Pizzeria Focacceria'. In the picture, me and some friends, after eat a huge pizza and drink a nice italian wine (specially Marta, second on the right...look her face's colour...lol!) ;-)
Next to a wonderful St. Donato Church and a small 'piazza'!
Favorite Dish: Pizza and pasta !!!! One of the best places to eat in Genova next to a beautiful romanic church.
