Lavagna is a nice little town on the Ligurian Coast between Genua and Sestri Levante
The train to Genua takes about 50 minutes
Fondest memory: In Lavagna you may detect plenty of lovely buildings like the one on my picture, and it is great place to try some typical italian food.

Favorite thing:
I mainly have chosen Lavagna for my place to stay,
as I still remembered a big parking at the sea from
my stay in 2002 and it was my intention to sleep in
my motorhome and take the train for excursions to Genua and other places of interest.

She lives up on the 3rd floor and loves to look out of the window...

Fondest memory: All over the beach promaneade you will find these beautiful palmtrees and a large recreation-area with benches...
...and even some shopping-facilities like this " flying merchant "

of the houses have shady arcades, and the streets are rather narrow
