Just to give you an idea of the " comfort " sailors will have onboard of Cotonella...
This is the middle-hull with the cockpit on the left and this tiny little window as the only chance to look out of the really tiny cabin.
( But these sailors are not on vacation, but sailing in competitions...)
And on my pic you will see, that the large nets between the hulls are still missing ...
BUT Now the yacht is finished and won it's first race already !!
For another - and much better pic of this great sailingyacht - simply have a look on Paolo's ( utttz ) Genua-page under "Sport travels "

Racing-trimarans like this one will most of the time have just 1 hull inside the water, while the other 2 will be in the air - carefully balanced by the crew and always sailing on the very limit

Take a stroll through the port of Lavagna! It is rather big with several hundreds of boats in all sizes...
Plenty of yachts may be rented there, and my favorite was this Catamaran !
I simply have not yet given up completely my dream of sailing around the world one day, and if I will ever do it, I will certainly take a catamaran...
...and until then, dreams are free...

This is the trimaran in full size and still on the " dry dock "
In the middle-hull there will be the tiny cockpit for 1 or 2 skippers and just a bit of a space to move around.
And also the cabin consists of a very small room only with a small bed, tiny cooking facilities & a chart-table
But This is a high-speed and high-performance racing-yacht of course, that was built to take part in the most famous sailing competitions of the world...
Equipment: Cotonella underwear again...

This great trimaran was built completely by hand by a group of friends ( including paolo ), helping the owner to construct and build that high-class-sailing-yacht
