Of course, as in most places in Italy, parking is a nightmare. In Lévanto everything is a pay parking. If you plan to park by the seaside/beach, not only that it will be impossible to find a pplace, but it will be hideously expensive even if you're lucky to get one. The rate is 1,50 EUR per hour, or, 1 EUR per HALF AN HOUR!!! So, if you plan an all day on the beach, prepare at least 10-15 EUR, only for the parking.

Getting around the town is easy because it is quite small. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station to the beach.

Lévanto is a lovely, litle town at the Ligurian sea, just in front of the famous resort of Cinque Terre. There is a very big pebbled/sandy beach with rocky molos, and the sea is clear, but a bit...
