Well, an aperitivo at the bar in front of the castle is a joy for the eyes and for the mouth. As you can see, the aperitivo is served with a marvellous mix of starters, included the wonderful local focaccia (flat olive oil bread). I reccommend to have a local white wine as aperitivo - it's fresh and pleasant.

Rapallo is one of those very pretty towns at the Riviera di Levante. It has some very nice shops and some fine hotels and restaurants.
