Favorite thing: In spite of people wandering around and chillin' out on the beach and main promenade, all of the houses were closed, window curtains rolled down and there was no trace of life inside, nor outside, nobody was coming and going! So I wonder, where did all those people come from?!

Favorite thing: The scenery of Varigotti is very picturesque. With intense colour, you'll find traces of almost instant activity, as if someone was woring there in the daily routine and just had gone away for a break. Wheels, tools and other signs of activity are ubiquitous.

Favorite thing: The sea is very clear, sand is quite bulky and greyish, but there are also pebbles, so everyone can find what they want. The beach is spacious and stretches oput for kilometers!

Favorite thing: Three dominant colours in Varigotti are Red, Yellow and Green, and they get mixed in contrasts. Houses do not havemany doors or windows, and the outlook is effective with bright colour contrasts.

Favorite thing: The most gracious inhabitants are sea gulls. I really envy them for their hedonism ;) and the ability to swim even in winter! :)

Favorite thing: The foliage is pretty dry in Varigotti, there is no lush green Mediterranean vegetation, only some palms here and there, but there are some cacti as well! Most of the houses had some exhibited!

Favorite thing: In Varigotti you'll easily find lots of agrumi trees, most of all lemons. If you want to "pick pocket" the tree owners, be sure to be there in winter time, when the yields are getting ripe!

Favorite thing: Of course, palm trees are everywhere in abundance in Verigotti! But they are best placed in tiny little squares within the colourful walls.
