The Ritual Irish Pub: International pub

    The Ritual is just the place for chill out on weekdays and have a decent Guinness or a Kilkenny. This is the place where the locals mingles with the foreigners, basically the only one in town. It's nothing special but nice people gather here. It's the ideal place to meet new people before going to dance. Chance to see the int'l football matches.

    • Yes, finally we have a sort of a disco in Bergamo. Coz of an agreement with the Church there couldn't be any disco here...
    Byron's a quite snob club, but on Tuesdays it welcomes Erasmus students and foreign tourist. The entrance is free. It has two rooms, one designed for live music or pre dancing and the other one is a small disco.
    The atmosphere is quite entertaining, the club is indeed small and can become overcrowded.

    Smart on Fridays and Sats.

    I like this place, it's small but cosy and waitresses are very kind and nice. I go there with friends very often and we like to sit down on the stools near the little window where you can see people walking on the street. You can choose between some kind of delicious beers and many brands of whiskey, cognac and rum.
    It's very easy to reach this pub: if you're going up toward piazza vecchia you'll find it on the right few meters before the square.

    "Tucans" is nice looking Irish pub, not cheap but also not too expensive. The ambient is typical Irish styled pub, all in wood offering great and very relaxed atmosphere. If alone, you need exactly 3-5 seconds to start chatting with a guest next to you or with the barmen. After 5 minutes you'll be accepted and feel as regular guest.

    Pabetto is the italian version or better the titti's version of the english small pub, a place where you can drink something and play cards.

    The Piazza Vecchio is beautiful at night with all the lights on the historical buildings.

    Bergamo by night is like Paris? No it is'nt. Bergamo is a quiet provincial town. Here you'll find many amusements but not discos and nightclubs that are located near the town.

    The view over Bergamo at night is beautiful. During our walk through the city at night we came to this lookout point with gave us a view over the new city of Bergamo. It looked so beautiful! We stood here quite a while enjoying the view.
