The museum is next to the ticket office at the entrance, it is housed in part of the Venetian palace. Rooms are on different levels, and the exhibits are labelled in Italian and English, with interesting information
Geology, flora, fauna, local history, and customs are all covered in the various displays. I particularly enjoyed the displays about the daily life of the locals in past times and items that were used in their homes and work.
For info re opening times, etc please see my previous tip

Brenzone is a district of Lake Garda, which is made up of about 16 villages and hamlets, that sit between the lakes shores and the foot of Mount Baldo. Some of the villages are situated higher up the mountain side.
The villages of Brenzone are quite charming, many untouched by tourism.
Visitors come to Brenzone to enjoy its tranquility and scenery. Its paths up Mount Baldo attract hikers and mountain bikers as well as those interested in the flora and fauna of the region.
Wind surfing, kayakking, sail boarding and yachting are also popular sports.
If You just want to relax, there are small beaches to enjoy sunbathing and swimming.
There are a few churches, a castle and an abandoned medieval village
Restaurants serve local specialities, particularly fish from the lake. Sardines and eel are particularly renowned.
Hotels and camping sites offer a place to stay away from the bustle of some of the larger resorts.
This area of Lake Garda is famous for its Olive Oil production, and is known as the Olive Riviera. There is an olive oil museum in Brenzone, and an annual olive oil festival is held in November
Brenzone can be reached easily by road. Its nearest train station is Peschiera (37km away), and the nearest airport is Verona or Bergamo. Ferries run to other towns on the Lake, but aren't as regular as some routes to the more popular resorts.
Market day is Tuesday

When approaching the lake from north it is seen for the first time between Nago and Torbole and this is for most first time visitors the first authentic "Italian" impression, a landscape with hills with olive trees and a mediterranean vegetation and all this air and smells which are completing the impression of now really being in Italy, an impression the areas on Italian territory north of it in South Tirol never can give you, because it does not look Italian there at all, despite of Summer temperatures sometimes considerably higher than here at the lake. And when coming by car this way you should stop at this parking and leave the car for some minutes to become sure that you are now definitely arrived in real Italy.

Prezzemolo has built his house in a giant fantasy tree as tall as a six-storey building. Old and young alike can visit and admire the funny furnishings in his home; climb up to the panoramic terrace situated at the top of the tree's foliage, from where you can admire the whole Fantasy Kingdom. Prezzemolo's tree is a veritable place of cult for all children.

Entering the Arabic Square amidst the unmistakable odor of incense and spices, you'll see veiled women from the Middle East dancing just for you whilst the infamous and sly merchants of Alexandria organize the celebration in honor of the Sultan's arrival.

A fantastic attraction to experience with your friends and family, the adventure and myth of Atlantis. An extraordinary and surprising experience that goes beyond the limits of reality. aboard boats capable of carrying 20 persons, you can explore the mysterious world of Atlantis, with its temples, portals, inscrutable warriors and two dizzying descents.
This is a great ride, one of my favorite. I recommend a seat in the middle of the boat if you don't want to get yourself wet.

Bacteriological alarm!
The space shuttle is under an extraterrestrial attack. The only way of salvation is to escape towards the top of the launching tower which is a good 40 meters high ready to launch oneself into space.
When you come to the top of the ramp and taste the free fall from 40m height is fantastic, although I felt my stomach in my throat hehehe ;)

Top Spin is the thrill of spinning inside a whirl non stop.
Top Spin is the thrill to stay suspended in the sky held up by nothing.
Be careful, take everything from the pockets because the stuff from pockets will be flying everywhere and we don't want anyone to get hurt, right?

Icarus is the thrill of spinning inside a whirl non stop.
Single "pods" are being spinned around and around and around until you get dizzy....heheh just kiddin'
This is actually the only attraction after which I saw people vomit, so if you have stomach problems don't take this ride ;)

Gardaland - Amusement park for everyone, has everything, from adrenaline rides to 3D and even 4D adventures, playgrounds, theme parks, souvenir shops, restaurants....
There is one new attraction each year so every time you come there there will be a new experience.
Entry ticket is 28Euro and kids that are lower than 1meter have free entry. All rides are included in the ticket price, so you can go on any ride you want multiple times. Some shows are not included like Dolphin show and the price is if I remember around 3,5 Euro.
The symbol of the park is cute green dragon Prezzemolo (eng. Parsley) and it's statues and dolls and other souvenirs can be found all around the park.
There are also souvenir shops at the exit of each attraction and souvenirs are "adjusted" to each theme so you can, for example, buy a safari hat, or pharaoh statue....
Anyway, a nice place to spend a day with your family.
I suggest Blue Tornado, Magic Mountain and Sequoia Adventure (although slow, turned upside down feels amazing)
