THE MOST STYLISH STORE IN THE WORLD! Imagine a YSL-Runway over 2 floors! It was all in black with "special" wood decorations and fur + the entire store was scented in an interesting, sensual smell. And the Sales-Personal was SO FRIENDLY! We came in and they instantly asked if we wanted a refreshment and test the "In Love again refreshment fragrance" - which smelled really good. We`ve been there quite some time, were shown things and discussed YSL-matters. And when we left without buying something THEY WERE STILL FRIENDLY!
What to buy: High Fashion, Luxury
What to pay: 400 Euro and up
When talk about Milan, normally ppls will say, FASHION! yess...but where is it? Its not inside a main city centre or Piazza Duomo ... so, you have to go further outside (not very far) and you find your heaven for shops there.
Famous place is, Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via St Andrea and Via Spiga. What are you looking for? Here..only expesive and branded shops... what a name? ARMANI (for sure), YSL, Ralh Lauren, Hogan, Rolex, and other famous brand are located here (sorry..i am not uptodate about fashion..I have same shirts from past two yrs!). Its interesting to walk here, esepcially after office hour...looiking for model? Most italian girls here are model...fuh!

Here lies the heart of couture fashion, the Via Montenapoleone. From this stems the source of the hottest fashions in the world. Stroll through the shops of Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Giorgio Armani, and Gianfranco Ferre.
Don't expect a lot of service unless you plan on spending a lot of money. As I discovered throughout most of the Italian shops is that service is dependent on how much money people think you are willing to spend.
What to buy: Scarves and small accessories
Shoes, shoes, and lots of shoes....
What to pay: The sky's the limit
Milan is a magnet for fashion-buyers and designer labels. The Via Montenapoleone and immediate surrounds is the home of most of the great labels of the world, where you can virtually walk out of Dolce & Gabbana and into Versace and then onto Armani, and on ... and on ... and on.
It's a beautiful little area (bounded by Via Gesu, Via Andrea, Via Gesù, Via Borgospesso, Via della Spiga and Corso Venezia) of discrete shops and narrow streets, although needless to say it can pretty busy.
What to buy: Labels :) Shoes, clothing, accessories...
What to pay: A lot :)
In this street called "Corso Vercelli", you can find mainly clothes stores and big department stores
'Historical' shop in Milan, where you can find anything from Tirolo.
Really nice, the only place where there are the famous wool Tyrolese jackets, but very expensive respect to Tirolo.
It's Milan, one of the fashion capitals of the world. If you want it, you can buy it here but it will cost you.
