It seems that every city in Italy has a castle, cathedral and town square. This picture is of the Catedrale di Montichiari (the town I stayed in while in Italy).

Try to speak the language, people really appreciate the fact that you are trying to speak the language. The Italians are very happy, proud and helpful people.
