Luggage and bags: Everyone is going to look better than you...I don't know how these women do it. Everyone I saw looked great, tryed but had I
known I would have just taken some sneakers and jeans.
September weather

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Even tho I walked all day I gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks. The food is incredible everywhere.

Luggage and bags: Like to every place you you, take a good, easily portable bag with you that you could maybe pull. That's the easiest way, I guess! Ancona centre is easy to walk with baggage but if you further to mountains or just upper from the centre, the ways and 'streets' are difficult to walk. Also the public buses can be full of people so prepare yourself for that!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: In summer time it's very hot in Italy so remember sun tan cream, hat or scarf and some clothes you feel comfortable in. Take proper shoes because when going to the mountains the paths are full of sliding rocks and sand so no high-heels!!! Though they would be good for the evening life... :)

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Sun tan cream in summer time.

Photo Equipment: Just bring a camera and film with you if you like to take photos!

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: For spending days on the beach bring good shoes, the beaches are usually in places where you have to walk (difficult paths).. and there wasn't any sand on the beaches, just hard rocks ..
