Delicious local restaurant in San Leo
Now I would never describe myself as a gourmet, at least not when one wants to serve me frog legs or chicken feet or brain mousse.But in Italy I learned the art of food and dishes. This has not so much to do with the very complicated preparation of unusual food, but more with the reflection back to what food and dishes were originally and in a way also getting back to original recipes. It is a simple cooking, but it tastes heavenly!! When I arrived in San Leo and walked around a bit, I got hungry. I didn’t really look at the menus or searched the village for the best restaurant, but I think I found it – but by chance. Or because it is sitting just off Piazza Dante.
