I've never been here, they opened some weeks ago... The place is very famous because in the past we had different bar and restaurant. Now they renewed and some people told me that is very classy and well done.
If you are looking for a clean, classy and trendy place please don't come here. But if you like the original atmosphere of a harbour restaurant, with people speaking loud and in dialect, with house wines, and above all with very fresh and goos fish you can't miss this experience. There are no other restaurants in this very area (you have restaurant Stella Polare, but 200 metres from here), because since a lot of years is not allowed by law. We hope that in the next future we can change this stupid restriction.
Favorite Dish: Everything you order here is original. My suggestion: spaghetti alle vongole and arrosto misto di pesce.
Very genuine & special dishes in this "family restaurant"... In few years it became a real must in our area, for fresh and delicious seafood. Not so "classy" or "stylish", but who cares if all you like is a very special local seafood?
Favorite Dish: Raw fish starters
Very good atmosphere with 12 nice different rooms, really friendly staff (german and english spoken) and high quality food and wines... If you come to San Benedetto you can't miss it.

In a '800 old house, the chef Francesco Cognigni is proud to prepare for you the best meat dishes. He is very friendly, and will stop at your table, talking about his life, his new travels all over the world, and his artistic creations: the vegetable sculptures.
Ask for canadian steak, and for mushrooms; this magician will let you taste best flavours in the world!!! :-)

High quality restaurant, in the small marvellous "piazzetta Perotti" in Grottammare alta, 3 km form downtown.
So many rare and very rare wines here, and fine food. It a must see for the lovers of good food. Michele Alesiani, the owner, is a member of the Association of Young Chefs of Europe. All members of this association see their job as a vocation and have ‘Talent & Passion’ in abundance. They combine tradition with modern cuisine and are rich in ideas and creativity.
