 dabuwan Says:  The main street in Moneglia is a pedestrian zone and it runs parallel to the beach.Most shops, bars and reastaurants (and the only bank in town) are here. 

The "carrugio"

 dabuwan Says:  The old centre of Moneglia still has some narrow streets, called "carrugio" in local dialect, that date back to the medieval age.As there is always shadow, they are pleasantly cool in summer. There are some bars and a few local shops.

 dabuwan Says:  Moneglia is a small town and all accomodations are within 5 minutes walk from the sea.Some houses are even directly on the beach....

 dabuwan Says:  In winter months the beach is virtually deserted, but on a sunny day you still can enjoy it. Sea water is then a bit cold to swim (though german and sacandinavian tourists sometimes do), but laying in the sun is OK.
