Florence by night!
Piazza Michelangelo is on a hill on the south bank of the Arno River, just east of the center of Florence. Designed in 1869 by Poggi, it offers a great view of the city, and is a very popular tourist destination - day and night!

Piazza Michelangelo is on a hill on the south bank of the Arno River, just east of the center of Florence. Designed in 1869 by Poggi, it offers a great view of the city, and is a very popular tourist destination - day and night!

We were walking through the park at night behind Castello Sforzesco and came across a really hip nightclub in the middle of the park. It had tiki torches around the outside and was playing really loud music. It was completely packed and was full of a bunch of trendy Milan residents. It was kind of hidden in the park so we were pretty excited we came across it by accident. It was around midnight and there were still kids out everywhere. I guess all Italians stay up later... including toddlers. Being from America where PDA (public display of affection) is generally frowned on I found it refreshing -and couldn't help but look twice- that there were Italians making out in this park everywhere. The dress at this bar was casual and most people were wearing shorts and sandals. Some ladies had on summer dresses.
The feats of the ancient and noble Rossi family and their famous relatives the Gonzaga, the Medici, the Sforza, the Riario and friends Pietro Aretino, Francesco Mazzola, Pietro Bembo, Matteo Bandello, exc. relive in the Castle of San Secondo every last Saturday of the month, through the interpretations with the magnificent Renaissance costumes of the "Corte dei Rossi" characters, an Association who wants to:open a window on the wonderful Renaissance Age of the Rocca and the Village of San Secondo (Parma); illustrate the history of the Rossi family to recreate also today the splendours of the "Rainassance" atmosphere. As well as the art, the history and other events not to forget the Palio delle Contrade there will be references to the oenological and gastronomic traditions of the Bassa Parmense (the San Secondo's spalla, the Zibello's culatello, the fortanina). Italy offers plenty of great venues for nightlife. Just keep in mind when you see the word "bar" on the front of a building, there's a coffee shop inside. If you're looking for a place for a wilder time, look for the word "pub." Here's a website that lists a lot of nightlife spots throughout Italy:http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g187768-Activities-c20-Italy.html
A square in the city centre of Rome. You can join a guided pub route. You pay and you drink a lot. Join the group where you can drink as much wine as you can in one hour for free. The square is full of pubs and clubs and people.
Youcan spend your night having fun, walking the street of eternal town, lookingenchanting sunset or listening the sound of the sea sitting on a beach..
Brera in Milano - an area full of clubs, cafés, bars and discosThere's some thing for all tastes, and it's so full of happy people. During the day it's a chic place to shop, and during night it's just crowded with festive Italians, and tourists. Italian people are normally very elegant, so immagine them during the night... Wear the fashion of tomorrow, and you'll blend in nicely;) Then again, if you feel comfortable in your outfit, that will probably do it too. I went to one pub with some Italian friends looking good in jeans and t-shirts and tops, and we got just as much attention as a group of models in galladresses
Yes, there is nightlife in Italy: bars, restaurants, discos (especially in big cities and at the east coast near Rimini), opera, theatre, live music, cinima and late night carnaval (at Venezia) if you are lucky.

Go to Italy and then go to a club!!!!! HELL NO!!better go to where all the pleople go after ours!! for example in Rome the nighlife was great !!people where singing and playing music and dancing , it was a great place to meet people. whatever!!
In Trieste, people love food and going out at night, especially in the summer and during the weekend!!! I've been told that that's why beside the traditional restaurants a number of original, 'different' places have opened in recent years, offering a stimulating variety of specialities at all times, even when it would seem too late for dinner. In the old cafès, restored and popular as ever, you won't just have your afternoon tea: a cafè is the perfect place for a pleasant evening with friends or an occasion to meet new people!!! Caffè San Marco is a favourite haunt of students and chess players. The oldest cafè of all, Tommaseo has recently opened a restaurant and welcomes guests after the theatre, offering live music. A renovated Caffè degli Specchi has just opened in Piazza dell'Unità (it's also a restaurant). But if you're looking for live music, you can choose between hip hop, in...
