Favorite thing: Visit the Mediaeval Village and Fortress at Parco Del Valentino. The Rocca (Fortress) is the major focal point of the village. You will need a ticket to get in the fortress although is was free for me as I had the Torino card. It is a guided tour round the fortress and the tour is conducted in Italian.
This Village was opened in April 27Th 1884 as part of the Ancient Art of the Great Italian Industry, Crafts and art exhibition of Turino.

Favorite thing: Valentino's Park.
Visit Parco del Valentino, and get away from the noise of the streets. It's a beautiful park on the banks of Po River.
