Outside the city center but not quite in the suburbs, Fratelli La Cozza is owned by a famous Italian TV host. The walls are decorated with mock-celebrity art (all pizza-themed) and the restaurant is bright and airy. It is also packed full of people every night. They come for the people watching, not the great food. If you want the best view, ask for a table for two on the balcony above. Service isn't very fast or very friendly, but they can easily accomodate large groups.
I had an appetizer of grilled eggplant with cheese and tomatoes (kind of like eggplant parmesan but much lighter and stacked much higher). My vegetarian pizza was decent, but not great. Still, it was fun to read all the signs on the wall and watch everyone else eat!
