Favorite thing: Pitigliano is also well known for its wine. The "Bianco di Pitigliano"
Pitigliano produces one of the more appreciated Italian white wines that it is imposed for quality: the “White of Pitigliano”, among the first wines to be recognized DOC. Characteristics are the caves and the graves etrusche dug in the tufo, some of which as wine cellars are used for the maintenance and seasoning of the wines.
Fondest memory: Well, if we went back to Pitigliano we should buy other hundred bottles of "Bianco di Pitigliano" !
