Isola San Domino Things to Do

You can charter a small or larger boat to take you on an hour to hour and a half tour of the three islands that make up the Tremiti Isles. In my experience, it is best to charter one of the smaller boats as the tour guide tends to take his time explaining the local sites, also, as he did with us, he stopped for about 30 minutes for a few of us to jump overboard for a quick dip in the Adriatic Sea.
Price: About $10.00 per personRelated to:

At the harbour, ask for the boat - trip: they'll bring you in a big boat (20-30 persons) around the three islands. Just beware the high prices: in that case ask for a less price...
When you arrive, or before, buy a map of the Islands. And go around S. Domino discovering all the beaches and the little places, to walk and have a swim or a photo...
The best organization in Italy for turism guide and maps is Touringclub, the same organization that have the village in the island. So I counsil you to buy "Touring map" of the island. Ask for; you'll find it for sure in the bazar of the village, 15 minutes walking up of the harbour.
Isola San Domino Transportation
Best way: boat from Termoli's harbour (it takes 1 hour and half), by car from highway A14 to the harbour. By train Termoli's station.
