You cannot lose the sea-front street in S.Felice...there is a large pavement where you can walk or jog or skate or simply see the sea....In the background of this photo you can see the ancient town of S.Felice.

If you want to see the wonderful "ISOLE PONTINE" (PONZA-ZANONE-PALMAROLA)
you can book the motor-ship UFO that within 45 minutes takes you there....I think you really have to go there, the Pontine islands are definited "the Mediterraneo's Pearls"!!!

A very important place in S.Felcie Circeo is its port...it's quite wide and there are small motor-boats like my father's one(from which I took these photos) and wonderful yacths like my future one!!! :)))
They are trying to widen it because it's very crowded in summer...rich people from all Italy and not only!

Circeo National Park The Park is 8400 hectares wide and includes the municipalities of San Felice Circeo, Ponza, Sabaudia and Latina. Within its boundaries you can find the promontory of Circeo, four lakes, the "selva" of Circeo (last remain of the ancient forest that once covered all the area until Rome's walls), sand dunes and the island of Zannone. The variety of sites protected give to the park a unique character, where both north-african and central European climates and vegetation glow. Landscape, geology, flora and residential fauna, archaeology are the fascinating subjects which since the times of the enchantress Circe confer to the Park a unique attraction and a little mystery. Its biosphere is protected by UNESCO and E.U. legislation

The Promontory and the Pontine Islands Take the chance to see the promontory from the sea and visit the grotto on the east valley of the coast. You can also reach Ponza (motorboat leaving from Terracina all the year round and from the turist harbor of San Felice from June to September) and from there to Palmarola

The old village Enclosed by walls rebuilt many times through centuries, the old village has a medioeval tower that belonged to the Templar Knights. On its right side an arch hides the palace of the lord of the village. Today it has been transformed in the City Council Building where you can also find has a prehistoric exhibition.
