Very good mixture of - easily to be distinguished - Sardinian and Tunisian dishes. Well prepared and pleasantly offered.
Favorite Dish: Spaghettini alla bottariga con arselle... a very well prepared recipe, featuring spaghetti with dried fish eggs finely ground and a special little tasty clam. But "gamberoni alle mandorle e zafferano" is also recommended: large shrimps with safran and almonds: very good.
