Luggage and bags: Please remember to pack flashlights in. Sardinia is a big island and away from the big cities there are quite a few light black outs and that gets water, light, phone and everything on hold. besides, technicians are not quick in emergencies. so just stick one in the backpack. It was helpful to our group-of-nine this summer.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: If you get sea sick...chew gum.
Photo Equipment: 100 ASA
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Mosquito repellent is highly reccomended. They feast on your skin!
Miscellaneous: Drink a lot of H2O and have lots of fruit all day round to prevent disiness because it can get very hot and markets are not easy to find all over the place.
