If you need buy something while you are staying in Cefaly then the best way to do it is visiting “Superstore Deco”. Superstore Deco is the network of supermarket working in Sicily. You can buy there any kind of high quality Italian food and wines. Any kind of foreign alcohol is also available. Here in Cefalu, Superstore Deco is situated in front of the Post Office. Location in the map at official internet site is mistaken. There are other shops in Cefalu but I recommend exactly this basing on my own experience. Car parking is available.
Open from Monday through Saturday from 08:30 till 20:30, on Sunday from 09:00 till 13:00.
What to pay: Depends on your needs and thickness of your purse.
Il Bacco: Vine and Internet Point
It is shop selling wine, liquores and oil (mostly).
They have good prices and people working there will suggest you sncerely good wine. I was very satisfied with the prices.
People are very nice.
What to buy: I bought a Sicilian wine which I tasted in the restaurant.
What to pay: Nero d'Avola - Syrah of Sant Agostino 10 EUR
Capriccio Siciliano: Tipical Sicilian Products
Capriccio Siciliano is very nice shop ruled by very nice people. You'll find a lot of similar shops in Siciliy, but I'd suggest this one to everyone because I bought very good products with good prices and people that work there were really nice.
They give you to taste e.g. Marsala and don't be affraid you are obliged to buy it if you don't like it.....
What to buy: I bought tipical Sicilian food (some pates chocolate, vine)
What to pay: It depends on what you buy....

So many shops you'll be getting crazy: Ceramics in Santo Stefano di Camastra
All along the main road crossing Santo Stefano di Camastra you'll find wonderful exposition of locally made ceramics.
What to buy: Those are really wonderful pieces of artcrafts. The local technique is based on old traditions and this is one among the most popular spot in Sicily for this peculiar kind of art. There are also "antique" designs that are reproduced and sold as they were made three centuries ago.
What to pay: Impossible to say. From 2 Euro for an ash-tray to 2.500 vEuro for a whole table.
