Favorite thing: Sicilian pastry is well known as one of the marvels of this land. The king of pastry is Cannolo Sicilano, a hose shaped tartlet filled with sweet ricotta cheese and chocolate drops.
Have one as shown on this picture together with a cup of espresso, which in Sicily has a special taste, sitting at any of Marsala outdoor cafes.
That will make a great experience !
