Marilleva 1400 is not a real village, but just a bunch af hotels and residences built around the ski slopes.
If you want to go out for dinner you don't have many choices, and this restaurant is among the best ones: it offers local recipes, with deer meat, mushrooms, polenta and all what you can get in every season.
The prices are high, as everywhere in this place for tourists and skiers, the service is friendly and the place is rather crowded and noisy.

The owner and his daughter are very kindly, the food and the local wine are very good, the prices are honest.
The Osteria is located in the centre of the little village and parking is easy to find.
The ski area of Marilleva is connected with the ski area of Folgarida and also with the wonderful slopes of Madonna di Campiglio.
To get to Campiglio you have to ski for about 30 minutes before reaching th first amusing slope, called "Amazzonia".
If you prefer to remain in the Marilleva area, there is plenty of slopes with every kind of difficulty, from the steep and icy "Folgarida" to the very easy ones, for beginners.
