Trentino-Alto Adige What to Pack

  • It's in the mountains after all!

Warm clothing, rain gear and good shoes!!! Plenty of film or memory cards - the scenery is breathtaking! Sun screen, sunglasses, a hat - once the sun comes out, it is really really strong! We found walking sticks very useful - of course that is only, if you are used to them!

  • Summer and Winter

Obviously ski clothes, snow boots, etc. in the winter. In the summer good walking shoes, walking sticks if you like and binoculars would be a nice to have. Lots of sun-block whether in the summer or winter time Make sure you remember your camera, as you don't want to miss taking shots of some amazing views esp. when you get hire up

  • Have backpack will trave....

A backpack is not only great to lug your stuff from one city to the next, but is invaluable if you plan on doing any hut to hut walking, with overnight stays. Rain proof gear is essential in the mountains especially in spring when thunderstorms are possible at any instant.
