This church was built in XII century in Romanesque style,but it was modified in 1735,becoming a Baroque jewel.

This is a nice Restaurant with good service and good food.
In the Taverne downstairs the atmosphere is not the best. However it was uncomplicated with a little kid. Pizza good. Desserts yummy.
Upstairs the atmosphere is much better.
Favorite Dish: They serve the best barley soup I ever had!

The GAsthause is an ideal starting point for excursions in the Valley Campo di Dentro. Far from the traffic you can do a walk in the midst of unspoiled nature. The cycling trail (San Candido - Sesto) and winter track for cross country skiing pass close to the house.
Motorcyclists and motorists after the tour of the Dolomites will gladly stop at the "Gasthaus zum Klaus" to enjoy our specialties, and end up in the quiet day, as we do get beack form Innichen trip.
n the winter you can stay inside with a local warm atmosphere or in the sunny day take a snak inthe protected balcony. In the summer is a perfect place for the littel because there is a fully surnished playground!

pappardelle con ragù di selvaggina o funghi porcini - with hunted meat ragù of porcini mushrooms
Ravioli tirolesi con parmiggiano e burro - homemade pasta filled with chees and speck ( special local ham)
Gnocchetti con salsa allo speck o prosciutto - poteto gnocchi with spech or ham sauce
Canederli di speck in brodo - special local ball of brad, cheese and spech served in a bouillon
Full plate (for us they are first and second togheter, big portions)
• Polenta con formaggio
• Polenta con salsiccia e formaggio
• Polenta con capriolo - polenta (prepared with maize flour) with cheese, sausage or venison
Canederli con gulasch - no words, fantastic!
Stinco con crauti e patate - Shank with sauerkraut and potatoes
Filetto di cervo con porcini e patate arrostite - Fillet of venison with porcini and roasted potatoes
Sweet and cake:
Strudel di mele con salsa di vaniglia - apple strudel with vanilla sauce
Biscotto caldo con mirtilli rossi e panna -
Warm biscuit with cranberries and cream
"Kniekiachlan" fritelle with cranberries

Favorite thing: Walking tours are very good for health but there is also the confortable funicular which allows you a beautiful view at Alta Pusteria.
