Over my four months in Florence this is the place we ended up at at the end of most of our nights on the town. It is on Via de Benci, and it is not really advertised from the outside. I think "Lochness" is written with marker on the door. But inside the atmosphere is comfortable, nice lighting and cool decorations. The drinks are not too expensive and there is a pool table and foozball. This place stays open later than a lot of the other bars, 4 or 5am. Although it is run by a couple from Scotland, you will find a lot more Italians here than tourists, which is unlike many of the other bars around Florence.
Lots of American study abroad kids congregate here to prepare for a night on the town. Has pool, foosball, and ridiculously cheap alcohol special til 10pm. 2-1 or one GIGANTIC drink. $5 for biggest vodka red bull ever. Ask for Sarah, coolass bartender. Great international mix, great way to start your night. Easy to meet people here too. Only catch is tough to find and need a cheap membership.

I think this places never closes! Goodness! Well at least we never made it to closing! It was such a fun place! You pay a one time cover charge of about 5,000L and then they give you a little membership card to keep coming back.
Dress Code: You can wear whatever you'd like. It's pretty casual.
