    Santa Croce

The largest Franciscan church in the world houses early Renaissance paintings by Giotto, as well as the tombs of Michaelangelo and Galileo. It also features a leather school in the back.

The Church of Santa Croce, where you'll find the tombes of Michelangelo, Galileo and others, is very impressive from the inside.
Many famous Fiorentines rest in peace in this church.
