Dont expect to find a lot of Taxis for traveling in to the centre of Marina di Grosseto. We asked the reception at the campingground for a taxi and they had to check if there where any Taxis at all.
They asked us wy we didnt traveled by own car? We sad that we would like to have som wine for dinner and then we couldnt drive. The answer was: But its only 2 km so its no worry to drive.
They found a cab but it was so small that it had to go twice to drive us to the restaurant

Dont miss the thermal water wells. We went to a free (some are very expensive) thermal water well called Therme di Saturnia. It was a bit hard to find but you can ask the locals (its about 50 km east of Grosetto)
