If you want to pick up a cheap souvenir of your visit to Pisa then there are plenty of souvenir stalls on the south wall of the Campo dei Miracoli.

There are some booths across this large expanse of very green grass from the Field of Miracles with touristy stuff, and I did find some "stuff" to add to the weight of my suitcase...
