In the downtown of Terni exists a very nice and soft place to drink and eat each night, except Sunday from 7pm to 2am. The Name is "Le Grand Cru" and is located in Via Manassei 21.
Alessandro, the owner, is a very kind man that can supply you all information about food and wine, and music, and philosofy.

Dress Code: Jeans or as you prefer!

A bridge in Umbria, Italy

Make sure you wear shoes that can traverse steep and sometimes muddy trails. the hike to the view point can be tough for the amateur.

They are known as the Cascata delle Marmore (Marmore Waterfalls), which, with falls totalling 165 meters in height, are the highest waterfalls of Europe.

The Romans had a canal construct to produce these falls, but popular imagination gives it a mythological origin: the story goes that the nymph Nera fell in love with a shepherd, Velino, but Juno punished her, and transformed her into a river, the Nera. Velino, tormented, threw himself down from the cliff so as to be united with his love: that leap would continue for eternity.

Best time to visit are March-September, as the falls are closed during weekdays the rest of the year.

Here you can also Kayak, raft and hydrospeed.
